Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog today declared the final result for the recruitment of 1862 posts {Gen (UR)-696, Gen (EWS)-261, Gen (WFF)-24, OBC (UR)-304, OBC(BPL)-62, OBC(WFF)-06, SC(UR)-352, SC (BPL)-54, SC(WFF)-13, SC(W.Exsm)-01 ST (UR)-70, ST (BPL)-18 & ST (WFF)-01} of Junior Office Assistant (IT) Post Code: 817 (on regular/contract basis) in response to requisitions received from the various Govt. Departments/Boards/Corporations etc. and advertised vide advertisement No. 36-3/2020 dated 21.09.2020 and addendums dated 20.10.2020 and 22.01.2021. Vide ibid advertisement and subsequent addendums total 1867 posts were advertised but 05 posts of erstwhile HP Staff Selection Commission have been withdrawn due to its abolition.
In response to this advertisement, total 2,27,838 applications were received, out of which 2,09,992 were provisionally admitted for written objective type screening test. The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 21.03.2021 in which 1,07,878 candidates appeared and 1,02,114 candidates remained absent. Based on the Written Objective Type Screening Test of 85 marks, 19,028 candidates in the ratio of 1:10 were called for Skill Typing Test, which was conducted w.e.f. 14.07.2021 to 26.08.2021, 01.02.2022 to 24.02.2022, 02.03.2022 and 22.06.2022 in which 17,058 candidates appeared and 1962 candidates remained absent and 8 physically handicapped candidates were exempted from typing test by the Commission as per Govt. notification No. Per(AP)-C-A(3)-2/2016 dated 24.07.20217. Out of 17,058 candidates, only 9576 candidates had qualified the skill test.
Based on the Skill Typing Test, only 5717 (4342+1375) candidates were shortlisted for further selection/evaluation process on the basis of the merit of written objective type screening test and were called for further 15 marks document evaluation process as per the government notified parameters, which was conducted on 01.08.2022 to 31.08.2022, 16.05.2024 to 31.05.2024, 10.06.2024 & 20.06.2024 respectively. Subsequently, 5220 candidates appeared in the document evaluation process, 385candidates remained absent and candidature of 112 candidates was rejected by the Commission/ Aayog. The Aayog has compiled the result of 1862 posts of Junior Office Assistant (IT) Post Code: 817. The candidates bearing following Roll Numbers have been declared successful and the Departments/Corporation/Boards etc. have been allotted accordingly on the basis of merit-cum-option-cum-availability of posts;
