HPU Bsc Nursing Entrance Test

For the BSC Nursing HPU Shimla Conducts 100 marks entrance test based on 11th 12th class Science medical syllabus. Minimum age criteria for the admission is 17 years. Only Medical Students are eligible for this Entrance Test.

Govt and Private College Total Seats

Himachal Pradesh their are only two Govt Nursing Colleges and other are private colleges. First govt college is IGMC Shimla and Second is Ner Chowk Medical College Mandi. Both govt college have 60-60 seats total 120 seats. These seats and other private colleges seats are reserved to the all categories HP students. All private college have some management quata seats.

HP Quata Seats : HP Quata seats are only for the Himachal Pradesh students and 10th 12th done from any of the Himachal Pradesh school students. These seats are further reserved in to various categories. These all seats are filled with the Bsc Nursing Entrance Test exam only.

HP Govt all colleges all seats are filled with the this Entrance test exam. And other private colleges 85% Seats can also filled with this BSc nursing Entrance Test.

Management Quata Seats: Every Private Nursing Colleges have some management quata seats theses are of 15% of their total seats. These seats are filled by the College Management without Counselling.
